Directions

From 50 West (New York Ave.):
Take New York Avenue to Florida Avenue NW. Make a right turn on Florida Avenue NW. Florida Avenue NW becomes U Street NW at Georgia Avenue NW. The Lincoln Theatre is located on your right between 12th and 13th Street NW.

From Virginia 395 North:
Take the 14th Street Bridge (Route 1 Exit), and continue on 14th Street NW to U Street NW. Make a right turn on U Street NW. The Lincoln Theatre is located on your left between 12th and 13th Street NW.

 

Public Transportation

Parking options around Lincoln Theatre are limited. As such, we strongly recommend “going green” and utilizing the city’s various public transportation options.

Metro:
Metro’s U Street-Cardozo Station (Green/Yellow Line) is located directly across the street from the Theatre. Please use the 13th Street exit. To plan your metro or bus trip, visit WMATA’s trip planner.

Capital Bikeshare:
There are multiple Capital BikeShare stations within walking distance from Lincoln. The nearest are at 14th & V St NW and 12th & U St NW. To see a full map of Bikeshare stations, click here.

Ride Services:
Another option is to use a ride service like Zipcar (which has designated parking spots in the city) or Uber or Lyft.
