The musical unfolds the captivating tale of Luther, the visionary behind the emerging record label, and his ambition to create a musical empire.  The spotlight intensifies as Luther’s new girl group, The Four Diamonds relationships unravel as they prepare for a fierce competition in New York City at the world-famous Apollo Theater. Amidst the dazzling performances and fierce jealousy, romance emerges, relationships are tested, and the fate of the group is jeopardized.  “Chocolate City Records, The Musical” is a celebration of passion, rivalry, and the music that defines the culture and resilience of the city.
